Always on, automatically record and summarize conversations, web meetings and phone meetings

I often find that I forget to activate things and it would be nice to have a feature where I could just turn it on in the morning and it could record and summarize everything throughout the day not just individual meetings. The day could then be broken down in the segments or different conversation topics

Connect Astari to Gmail, Outlook, and my calendar

Calendar reminders are helpful, but I’d like Astari to understand the actual meeting and email context too. Ideally it could help me prepare before a meeting, then draft the follow-up email or calendar update afterwards. I’d still want to approve anything before it is sent or added.

Set real reminders from a note

Sometimes I say things like “remind me to call the insurance company tomorrow” while I’m recording, but it only ends up as text in the note. I’d love Astari to turn that into a real notification with a date and time that I can confirm or edit.

Put all my action items in one place

I use Astari for several meetings a week, and my follow-ups get buried across different notes. It would be really useful to have one list of all open action items, grouped by meeting or project, where I can check things off and see what is still outstanding.
