Always on, automatically record and summarize conversations, web meetings and phone meetings

I often find that I forget to activate things and it would be nice to have a feature where I could just turn it on in the morning and it could record and summarize everything throughout the day not just individual meetings. The day could then be broken down in the segments or different conversation topics
